Connecting your Google Business Profile

How syncing works
Once your company is linked to a Google Place ID, Review Widget automatically fetches your Google reviews. Reviews are synced periodically so new reviews appear in your widget without any manual action.
Requirements
Your business must have a public Google Business Profile with at least one review. Private or unverified listings may not return reviews.
Updating your connection
If your business moves or you need to change the linked Google Place, go to Company Settings in the dashboard and update the Google Place ID.
