Setting up your first company
Add your business and connect it to your Google Business Profile.
Adding a company
During onboarding (or later from the dashboard) click "Create new company". Enter your business name and search for your Google Business Profile. Select the matching result from the dropdown to link your Google reviews.
Google Place ID
Your company is linked to Google via a Place ID. When you search for your business name the system automatically finds the correct Place ID. If your business doesn't appear, make sure it is listed on Google Maps and try searching with the full address.
Company details
You can optionally add your industry sector and company size. These details help us tailor the experience but are not required to get started.
